The Panhellenic Council (PHC) serves as the unifying and governing body for two sororities at South Dakota State University. PHC creates and implements policies, programs, and other learning opportunities for its member chapters and serves as a liaison between the Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) community and various departments and offices at SDSU. The council as a whole focuses on recruitment, leadership development, community service, campus involvement, FSL Unity, and academic achievement.
