Wild Hare Racing is a student-led organization that designs, builds, and tests a high-performance Formula-style race car to compete internationally against top universities and teams from around the world.
Each year, our team develops a new vehicle from the ground up, applying real-world engineering principles under the same constraints faced by professional motorsports teams. Students gain hands-on experience in design, manufacturing, testing, project management, and teamwork while preparing to compete on an international stage.
Funds raised help support materials, manufacturing costs, travel, and competition expenses, allowing our team to continue innovating and representing SDSU at the highest level.
